On the back of the international Cevisama Exhibition in Valencia, and coinciding with the firm´s 30th anniversary, Colorker has organized a prominent event at the nearby FRYDA Club, during the same week.

The Keraben corporate group, controlled by the American investment firm Tensile Capital Management and run by the Benavent family, sold the whole of its ownership of Construplas to the French private equity firms MBO Partenaires and Aquasourca, and the members of the Management team of the company.
