Duravit presents three tap fitting collections
An integrated bathroom design concept
B2 by Duravit.
C1, design by Kurt Merki Jr. for Duravit.
In 2017, the time has arrived for designer bathroom manufacturer Duravit to present its first three ranges of universal tap fittings, named B.1, B.2 and C.1, orientated towards both the showroom and project sector. The new series are appropriately positioned in the entry-level and mid-level price segment. For Duravit, the three new ranges represent an extension of designing a fully integrated bathroom in a streamlined and consistent design language. An ideal solution for any installation scenario in all bathroom posts, such as basin, bidet, shower and bathtub.
The C.1 design range, created by the Swiss designer Mr Kurt Merki Jr., impeccably reflects Duravit´s design language. The ergonomic handle, which features a recess on its underside, feels comfortable in the hand and enables precise, yet ergonomic operation of the lever and tap functions. Sophisticated details, like the gap between the base plate and handle has been reduced to a minimum, to add to the elegant overall look. Four different heights (S/M/L/XL) to suite a wide range of basin dimensions, three tap-hole tap fittings in two heights, and wall-mounted versions with a spout in two different lengths, provide comfort at the washbasin as well as an universal, adaptable design.
