The initiative for the First Market Observatory for the bathroom and kitchen sector, is ideated by ARVET (the Spanish acronym for The Association of Exporters of processed products) in collaboration with the associations ASEBAN/FEBAN and ARVEFER, and in partnership with AIDIMME; the Technological Metal-Mechanic Institute, Furniture, Wood, Packaging and Associated Products.

Under the motto “in search of good design and innovation” the experts on the roughly 40-member jury will award the Red Dot seal only to products that are convincing in terms of their good design quality.

The most heard comments, from both end-users and hotel owners, could be summarized in the following statement: "We are keen on finding any kind of solution that would not stigmatize the appearance of bathrooms for disabled users, and ensure that every consideration is given to allow flexibility, independence and usability”.

Poalgi, the company from Valencia, dedicated to the conception, manufacturing, and sales of product elements for kitchens and bathrooms, has incorporated a new control unit to its production line. The recent investment will concede an overall improvement to the manufacturing processes of the range of shower trays, and furthermore procure more and better finished product.

Resigres has inaugurated a new showroom area in El Puig, situated close to the well-known monastery in this town of Valencia. The Keraben corporate group, controlled by the American investment firm Tensile Capital Management and run by the Benavent family, sold the whole of its ownership of Construplas to the French private equity firms MBO Partenaires and Aquasourca, and the members of the Management team of the company.
