Victoria + Albert celebrates 25 years of luxury

The world-renowned brand in interior design and manufacturing of bathroom equipment with the exclusive QuarrycastTM material

Victoria + Albert celebrates its 25th anniversary since its founding in 1996. Throughout these years, the firm has evolved into a world-renowned brand for the interior design sector and manufacturer of bathroom accessories, luxurious freestanding basins and bath tubs, all of them produced with the company’s exclusive QUARRYCAST™ material.
For the last 25 years Victoria + Albert has collaborated with the best designers and artists. Bath tubs like Taizu, that was designed by Steve Leung, and Amiata, that was created by Italian top designer duo Meneghello Paolelli Associati (winner of a Red-Dot Design Award), represent the epitome of professional craftsmanship and unprecedented design in the bathroom industry. The range of bath tubs has also gained increased popularity all across its ranges; from Napoli, the first rimless bathtub, to the compact Vetralla, Eldon recessed and contoured Cabrits, offering an additional back rest support.
From these key collaborations, the bath tubs have been selected to equip some of the most prestigious hotels in the world, such as JW Marriott, Waldorf Astoria and the Four Seasons.
As part of their 25th anniversary, the firm has decided to redesign a selection of their most popular collections, including Barcelona, Amiata and Toulouse. These re-stylings focus on the interior of the bath tubs in order to gain more ergonomic and aerodynamic shapes, that create a bathing position which is more favoured for the user to rest and enjoy the bathing experience.
Exclusively this month, Victoria + Albert opens the doors of their House of Rohl showroom, located in London, to bring together on display, for the very first time ever, the complete collection of Victoria + Albert bath tubs and basin models, all in combination with mixers and bathroom accessories from Perrin & Rowe and Riobel, and the handcrafted basins from Shaws of Darwen.
