Geberit informed its customers back in July 2019 about the creation of a new unique email account that integrated all other previously existing accounts, with the aim to simplify internal communication between the different departments of the firm. The project firstname.lastname@example.org and the telephone number 900 23 24 25 were launched, as the single channel for all queries, questions and suggestions regarding the Geberit brand in the Geberit Iberia area.
Offering an efficient and personalized customer service is part of the DNA of Geberit. For this reason, and to make life easier for its clients, the firm has centralized all its customer service into one single back office. From here, inquiries are distributed to the corresponding Geberit departments, through an advanced system that allows all requests to be answered in a very short period of time. Various departments of the company work behind the info.iberia portal: Customer Service, Distributor Service, Operations, Technical, Projects, Marketing and Communication. All of them operating in perfect coordination to manage and resolve all the inquiries received in the shortest possible time. Since the launch of the new customer support system, excellent results have been obtained.
