Acquabella puts into operation the largest automated shower tray manufacturing line in Europe

The Spanish Acquabella brand was born more than 25 years ago, and since that moment it has never stopped growing, committed to always taking care of the quality of its products and providing excellent service to its customers. Nowadays, the company continues its constant adaptation project to meet the new demands of the market, and has installed in the Spanish location of Vall d'Uixò, in the province of Castellón, the largest automated manufacturing line for shower trays in Europe. It features 7,500 m² dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing of shower trays in polyurethane resin and mineral load.
With this expansion, the renowned Spanish brand of bathroom equipment products increases its production capacity by 150%, from the previous number of 240,000 annual shower trays to the present capacity of 600,000, enabled by its two manufacturing lines. From this investment customers can expect great improvements in delivery times, which implicates another step in customer service, as well as being more competitive on the international market scene.
