Aquablade® revolutionary flush

Ideal Standard shows the revolutionary AquaBlade® flushing technology. Its cutting edge design has received important awards such as the IF Design Award 2015, the Red Dot Design Award, the German Design Award and the AIT "Innovation Award for Architecture" Awards.

The innovative "Microslot" technology allows the creation of a waterfall effect from the top of the toilet bowl, with two powerful water columns to boost the flushing action. Unlike traditional flushing systems, in which the water does not cover the complete toilet bowl, this technology provides an optimal water flow from the top of the bowl covering the entire interior surface, keeping thus the bowl impeccably clean. To summarize, the system is very silent, much more hygienic and reduces splashing during the flushing and therefore bacteria.
