The whites of Ibiza

A comfortable and fully automated home

For the interior design of the living rooms and bathrooms, a balanced, understated color palette was chosen, defined by neutral tones such as white and a wide range of grays that enhance the brightness and warmth of the spaces. In this home, the exquisite combination of white partitions and doors with elegant wood or porcelain cladding stands out, leaving structural elements such as iron pillars, beams, and microcement ceilings exposed. The dark woodwork is complemented by lighter upholstery and finishes, as well as subtle touches of brass in the lighting fixtures and decorative details. Meanwhile, the natural wood flooring on all floors brings harmony and continuity to the entire home.

The home is fully automated. The ground floor, surrounded by a garden with a pool, houses the common areas and several adjoining rooms. Four guest bedrooms occupy the first floor, the master suite is located on the second, and finally, a covered terrace is set up on the upper level. The kitchen occupies a central position, sharing an open space on the ground floor with the common areas.

The first floor houses four spacious double guest bedrooms, with solid oak flooring and custom-woven linen curtains. The second floor is entirely occupied by the master bedroom and a large outdoor terrace. Although the suite and its adjoining bathroom share the same style and amenities as the other rooms in the house, unique features stand out, such as the king-size bed with an Alcantara-upholstered headboard, the African cowhide rug, the beautiful Kos bathtub, and the custom-made sinks.

On the master bedroom's 100-square-meter terrace, covered with bamboo flooring, guests can enjoy a shower, a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi, or simply unwind in the chill-out area, where a pergola with a pop-up awning system and curtains allows guests to create a more intimate and private atmosphere if they so desire.

The bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with elegant porcelain tiles by Rex Ceramiche, Grespania, or Floor Gres, showers with Profiltek screens, custom-made furniture by Codis, Villeroy & Boch sinks with Noken faucets, Kerasan toilets, and, in the case of the largest bedroom, a Kos bathtub. For a more personal touch, all bedrooms feature decorative accessories by Kelly Hopen, Jo Malone, Tom Dixon, and Zara Home. The floor also features an outdoor terrace, directly accessible from the bedrooms, paved with white Macael marble.
