Ideal Standard empowers the architects of the future
The presentation of the "Think Architecture" Award at the Closing Gala of the "Face to Face with Architecture" event in Barcelona
Ideal Standard, specialized in bathroom equipment, has been the honoured and proud promotor of the student competition and there was no better occasion than to create a memorable event together with the community of architecture, headed by Mónica Galindo and her “Face to Face with Architecture” Barcelona. On last January 24th, the stunning Closing Gala of the “Face to Face with Architecture” event, was held at the Auditorium of the prestigious Planas Clinic in Barcelona, finalist building at the FAD Awards.
The winner of the contest, Xabier Montilla, student at the European University of Madrid, was awarded with 3.000 Euros prize money, sponsored by Ideal Standard. His winning question was a real challenge for the guest speakers at congress and aroused the interest and enthusiasm of all attendees: “Can you live in an error?”…
The event hosted more than 300 professionals belonging to some of the best architectural studios and obtained significant institutional support.
