Villeroy & Boch is present at the popular eatDOORI restaurant in Frankfurt
The firm has supplied the bathroom equipment and an exclusive range of tableware
The eatDOORI restaurant located in Frankfurt responds to the slogan of Indian Street Kitchen. The interior designer of the restaurant has taken great care in creating very attractive overall aesthetics and selecting high quality materials for this purpose. The result is a combination of modern styles, clearly inspired in the culture of India that is seen reflected in each one of the restaurant areas. For example, the pendant lighting features from geometric structures designed with copper pipes that lead us to an absolute highlight of the room: the Octagon basin, a masterpiece of precision made by Villeroy & Boch employing the patented TitanCeram material. The basin is intentionally positioned in the center area of the dining room and drives a both functional and aesthetical purpose. The dining guests can wash their hands with running water, without having to seek a separate bathroom facility, just like if you were in a classic Indian restaurant.
The public restrooms are situated in the lower plant, and have been designed by using the basins of the Architectura series. The oval basin design from the range has been used for the ladies room and a square shaped version for the gents’ toilet. Furthermore, the bathroom areas feature the innovative rimless WC pans with DirectFlush technology from the Subway 2.0 series, that provides extra comfort to the toilet facility, mainly because they are particularly easy to maintain, clean and most hygienic. Moreover, they are equipped with a SlimSeat, combining perfectly a purist design with extraordinary seating comfort. Finally, the set is mounted onto a ViConnect concealed pre-wall installation frame.
