The new KERDI-BOARD_NTL from Schlüter-Systems offers a plug and play design for the construction of niches for shower areas and wall areas of all kind. The prefabricated installation components are completely waterproof and are illuminated by means of the integrated LIPROTEC profiles.

Spanish Roca Group has signed the acquisition of a 75% stake in Royo Group, a Valencia based bathroom furniture company and European leader in the manufacturing of bathroom furniture. Roca has purchased 62% from American fund HIG and the Royo family still holds 25% of the company´s capital.
Decosan, a Spanish company dedicated to the production of bathroom furniture and accessories, with 35 years of experience in the field, has recently closed the integration agreement with the Nofer corporate group.
