The luxury car manufacturer Aston Martin and the visionary architect Sir David Adjaye have announced together with lightstone, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the United States, a unique collaboration to create a collection of five exclusive homes, which will be available for purchase at 130 William, the premier luxury residential development in New York City. Owners of these five spectacular homes will also be able to travel in style on the Aston Martin DBX 130 William Adjaye Special Edition, personally designed by Sir David Adjaye, which will be delivered along with the property.
Aston Martin Creative Director Marek Reichman and Sir David Adjaye worked together on this project, to bring the spirit of Aston Martin's elegant design and craftsmanship to the bespoke architecture and handcrafted interiors. 130 WilliamThe building is 244 meters tall, and its 66 floors make a bold architectural statement in the skyline from Manhattan.
The five homes include two penthouses, one priced at $11.500.000 and the other at $10.500.000, and three lodge residences, priced at $3.985.000, $5.985.000, and $10.000.000 respectively.
