Already a staple in the brand's global portfolio, the collection designed by Brazilian architect Ruy Ohtake is enriched with two new washbasins and a bathtub designed by his son Rodrigo, the architect responsible for continuing the studio founded by his father.
The Ohtake collection, designed by architect Ruy Ohtake, has been widely recognized for its unparalleled organic lines and timeless style. Inspired by the essence and elements of nature, the brilliant Brazilian design mind explored unique approaches, finding inspiration in the curves of waves, the changing horizon, and the pure form of an egg, thus giving rise to the singular aesthetic of the countertop washbasins.
What could have remained a static legacy has been enriched with new forms thanks to the continuity established by Rodrigo Ohtake, architect, designer, and heir to his father's project. Invited by RockThe designer has created two new models of washbasins and a bathtub that demonstrate his mastery in continuing this story that unites technology and nature, geometry and organic forms, beauty and poetry.
The new sinks They reflect care and sensitivity in every curve. Inspired by the pure, enveloping forms of the calla lily (Zantedeschia aethiopica), they are characterized by simplicity, delicacy, and perfection, achieved through fluid and functional shapes. Presented in a wide color palette that includes white, matte white, beige, brown, onyx, and matte black, they represent the fusion of tradition and innovation, honoring family heritage while embodying Rodrigo Ohtake's unique vision.
The collection is completed with a Bathtub made of Stonex® Inspired by Japanese onsen baths, this piece, characterized by its compact design and integrated seat, allows you to sit in a secluded position that induces a sense of calm. Its design allows you to immerse yourself in the water up to your neck, providing a truly relaxing experience. Furthermore, it plays with the curved lines and organic shapes that have made Ohtake a unique collection, integrating the delicacy of the materials with the vibrancy of the design.
