BdB Group achieves a combined turnover of 730 million euros in 2025

BdB Group has achieved a combined turnover of 730 million euros in 2025, which represents a 20% growth compared to the previous yearThis advance consolidates the trajectory of sustained growth of the purchasing and services center, based in Nàquera (Valencia), which continues to strengthen its position in the construction materials distribution sector.

During 2025, BdB added 48 new points of sale, and so far in 2026, another 20 have been added, maintaining a steady and sustained growth rate. Currently, the group has a total of 373 member companies and 478 points of sale, figures that reflect the strength of its model based on collaboration and synergies among members.

Strengthening the model and new services

One of the main milestones of 2025 has been the consolidation of strategic growth, with continued expansion of the network in key markets such as the Canary Islands and Portugal, while maintaining a focus on supporting partners and continuously improving service. Along these lines, the group has launched BdB Activa, a new service designed to optimize partners' points of sale, with the aim of improving their profitability and transforming them into true sales drivers.

Furthermore, the company has reinforced its commitment to digitalization with the incorporation of technological tools focused on data analysis, assortment optimization and sales support to facilitate the daily management of its associates' businesses.

Market outlook and growth in 2026

The construction sector is undergoing a transformation marked by factors such as cost pressures, logistical challenges, and a shortage of skilled labor. However, market indicators are positive, with home sales growing by around 5% in Spain and nearly 10% in Portugal, as well as an upward trend in new construction. In this context, BdB maintains an optimistic outlook and is committed to moderate but sustained growth that will strengthen its model based on trust, professional services, and the collaborative development of its network.

Looking ahead to 2026, the main objectives of the central office include exceeding 500 points of sale, expanding the portfolio of approved suppliers, and continuing to improve the commercial conditions of the associates through new promotions and competitive advantages.

Furthermore, the company will continue to invest in developing its logistics capacity, digital tools, and value-added services, with the aim of strengthening its position as a leader in the distribution of construction materials in Spain and Portugal.

BdB maintains its commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility through continuous process improvement and resource optimization across its entire network. In this area, it holds the Andimac Silver Seal, which recognizes its best practices in sustainability within the sector.
