The PBT® treatment developed by Tres consists of a four-layer coating that guarantees a durable, resistant, and aesthetically impeccable finish. Two layers of anti-corrosion nickel, a high-adhesion sealant, and a top layer of thermosetting resin are applied to the main body, made of low-lead brass. This process quadruples the corrosion resistance required by standard EN-248 and doubles the lifespan of conventional chrome plating. Its uniform adhesion prevents wear or peeling of the finish, and the color remains vibrant and unchanged, unaltered by use or exposure.
