The Scottish group Victoria Carpets has bought the renowned Castellón tile group Keraben for 274 million euros. This sale fulfills the objective set by the North American investment fund. Victoria Carpets is one of Britain's leading carpet companies carpets and other floor covering materials which made the best offer following its recent acquisition of the Italian brand Ceramiche Serra. Keraben is a strong and well-positioned business group both in the Spanish and international markets, which last year reached revenues of €118 million. Until now, the Castellón-based group was 77,3% owned by Tensile and 22,7% by the Benavent family, founders of the company. The sale transaction was led by Baird Capital and Livingstone Partners.
