Strohm Teka's management team acquires the company

The transaction was carried out through an MBO backed by private investors and international financial institutions.

HERITAGE B has successfully completed the divestment of its bathroom business line Strohm Teka, through an operation of Management Buy-Out (MBO), through which the company's management team assumes control of the company. This transaction has received support from private investors and financing from international banking institutions, demonstrating the market's confidence in the solidity of the project and the leadership of its current management team.

The management team, which has more than 20 years of experience in the bathroom sector, has been key to the sustained growth of Strohm Teka since its “carve out" from Teka in 2018. Under his leadership, the business unit has experienced growth of over 60% in these six years, consolidating its position as a benchmark in bathroom space solutions in its main markets, Spain and Hungary, as well as internationally.

This transaction guarantees business continuity, as it remains in the hands of a team deeply familiar with the company, its corporate culture, and its competitive environment. The transfer of ownership was carried out in an environment of absolute trust and consensus between HERITAGE B and the new owners, ensuring an orderly transition consistent with Strohm Teka's long-term strategy.

The entry of new private partners provides financial strength and opens a new era for the company, with the goal of continuing to drive its development, innovation, and expansion in the markets where it already operates, as well as in new ones.

Advisors: Lincoln International and Uría Menéndez advised HERITAGE B. Strohm Teka's management was advised by Lener Legal and Economic Advisors.
