McBath, an example of resilience after the DANA, welcomes Rebeca Torró Soler and Robert Raga to its Riba-roja de Túria plant.

the factory mcbath, a leading company in the design and manufacture of shower trays, received a visit from Rebeca Torró Soler, Secretary of State for Industry, who acknowledged firsthand the efforts made by the company and its employees to overcome the devastating effects of the DANA (Earthquake Damage) that recently hit the region. Rebeca Torró Soler toured the facilities accompanied by Robert Raga, Mayor of Riba-roja de Túria.

The company has become a model of recovery and resilience thanks to the commitment and expertise of its team. Despite the damage to the facilities, the plant managed to resume production in less than two weeks. This was possible thanks to the coordinated efforts of its employees, who worked intensively on cleaning, reorganization, and planning to return to operations as quickly as possible.

Furthermore, the company has demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt to changing circumstances: modifying transportation routes and adjusting its inventory management to continue serving its customers without interruption, even amid logistical challenges. This example of overcoming challenges reinforces its commitment to continuing to provide value to its customers and contributing to the region's economic development.

During the visit, Rebeca Torró Soler highlighted the role of companies like McBath in the recovery of the region's business community and emphasized the importance of public and private initiatives to ensure the resilience of the affected areas.

McBath also conveyed to the Secretary of State for Industry several concerns, shared by other companies, such as the need to accelerate the delivery of funds to affected companies, prioritize the management of compensation claims by the Insurance Consortium, provide alternative public transport for employees, and take action to prevent future flooding in the Riba-roja de Túria industrial estate.
