Habitat Valencia Fair 2026 It takes a strategic step in positioning itself as the leading platform for design and the home furnishings industry in Spain with the addition of an ambitious program in collaboration with the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities. This initiative consolidates the competition's place among the major showcases of the National Innovation and Design Awards, thus strengthening the link between institutional recognition, the business community, and international reach.

The next edition of Hábitat, which will be held from September 28 to October 1 at Feria Valencia, will deploy a comprehensive proposal aimed at showcasing the talent, career and impact of the award winners, considered the highest state recognition in the field of design and innovation.

A historical relationship between design, trade fair, business and talent

This collaboration is based on a consolidated reality: throughout its history, Feria Hábitat València has regularly brought together a wide representation of companies and professionals distinguished with these awards, establishing itself as the natural environment where recognized design materializes into products, applied innovation and competitive proposals in the market.

In fact, more than thirty National Design and Innovation Award winners were present at Feria Valencia. Companies from all over Spain, such as Punt Mobles, Andreu World, Kettal, Muebles 114, Roca, Nani Marquina, Stua, Royo Group, Actiu, Porcelanosa, Akaba, Ondarreta, Point, LZF Lamps, Expormim, Viccarbe, Enea, Sellex, Marset, Cosentino, Santa & Cole, BD Barcelona, ​​and Sancal, among others, were represented.

It also brings together professionals who gather annually to present their new designs, such as Patricia Urquiola, Jaime Hayon, Javier Mariscal, Mario Ruiz, Inma Bermúdez, Jordi Iranzo, and Alberto Liévore, as well as other award winners from various disciplines who have participated in projects and activities, including Miguel Milá, Pepe Gimeno, Daniel Nebot, Nacho Lavernia, and Marisa Gallén. All of them participate as exhibitors, speakers, or active members of the community, fostering a strong connection between the institutional recognition of Spanish design and its practical application in industry.

The 2026 event: a dedicated space and agenda of activities

In this context, the competition will feature a unique exhibition space dedicated specifically to the winners in the Innovation and Design categories.
