BANNI forecasts 10% growth by 2026

The group consolidates its position in luxury residential design

The BANNI group , a leader in interior design, design and real estate development, expects to close the 2025 financial year with a turnover of close to 20 million euros, thus consolidating its position and strength within the residential and contract design sector in Spain.

The residential segment remains the group's main business driver, followed by the contract sector, while the hotel sector maintains a more selective and strategic presence. Geographically, the bulk of the activity is concentrated in Madrid, Mallorca, Marbella, and Barcelona, although the company has also developed international projects in Latin America, Europe, and Africa, with a notable presence in Morocco.

Expansion strategy towards 2026

Looking ahead to 2026 , the BANNI group anticipates economic growth of 10% , driven by its expansion as a boutique real estate developer, with exclusive projects such as the development of private villas in Mallorca, one of the key destinations in the group's strategy.

In parallel, BANNI is preparing to open a new showroom in Mallorca , reinforcing its physical presence and its positioning in the premium segment of the Spanish market. The company is also exploring new international collaborations and entering strategic markets such as Dubai, Miami, and the Dominican Republic— three locations with high potential for its luxury design and architecture offerings.

BANNI's value proposition

BANNI bases its success on a family business philosophy, focused on personalized attention, product quality and service excellence.

“Our greatest asset is our team and the direct relationship we have with each client. We offer a comprehensive experience where we take care of every detail, from design to execution ,” says Carlos Toledano, founder of BANNI.

This close relationship, along with a careful selection of materials and suppliers, has made BANNI a trusted benchmark for both private clients and large contract projects.

Looking ahead to the next five years, the BANNI group aims to consolidate its leadership in the luxury real estate market, strengthening its international presence and maintaining its sustained growth. “Our goal is to continue growing steadily, expanding BANNI’s reach in the high-end segment and preparing for the generational transition that will ensure the project’s continuity ,” says Toledano, founder of the BANNI group.
