AFEC and ANDIMAC will boost the air conditioning market within the framework of European rehabilitation aid.

The Association of Air Conditioning Equipment Manufacturers (AFEC) and the National Association of Ceramic and Construction Materials Distributors (ANDIMAC) have signed a collaboration agreement for the Development and promotion of the air conditioning market within the framework of European aid for rehabilitation.

Specifically, both organizations are finalizing an action plan that seeks to energy saving and environmental sustainability with two main axes. On the one hand, this action plan aims to promote training in air conditioning systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, air treatment and distribution, improving indoor air quality, domestic hot water production, regulation and control, etc.) among distribution professionals.

With this initiative it is hoped to strengthen the ANDIMAC qualification programs, which seek to orient the figure of the commercial manager towards advice on air conditioning, for the generation of business opportunities.

On the other hand, we will work together on sectoral and social communication to convey the values ​​of sustainable air conditioning systems, as well as the importance of ventilation and air quality, so that both this knowledge and good practices reach small construction companies, installers, technicians, etc.
